Time: 09:00 PM Event Location & Address: John Cabot Building 10 Barter's Hill St. John's, NL. Hosting Organization: Public Works and Government Services Canada Event Description: 1. Sponsoring a poster contest for employee's children. The poster should demonstrate safety at home, at parents' workplace, at school or at play (1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes to be awarded). If we get 12 entries, we will print a calendar composed of pictures of posters to be submitted by Thursday, May 6. 2. Set up a table to display pamphlets, etc. (employees to place a ballot in box to signify they visited the display table) 3. Arrange fire safety drill for John Cabot Building 4. Hold a draw for giveaways to employees, who have visited the display table, on Friday, May 07, 2010. 5.
